Background

In the past, SENNEBOGEN relied on individual, non-centrally linked applications for dealers and end customers. To ensure an optimal user experience, these applications are to be merged and integrated into the existing IT landscape. This will enable digital services to be provided to all users – the basis for SENNEBOGEN's digital business.

Defined areas depending on user group

Areas defined according to user groups control access to information and functions in line with the respective authorizations and responsibilities of the users. Sensitive data is protected and only accessible to authorized users. At the same time, users only see the information and applications they need for their work.

Versatile compatible data integration

mySENNEBOGEN can be connected to existing dealer portals. At the same time, integration with various systems—such as the in-house telematics system SENtrack—and machines from other manufacturers is also possible.
