With the development of an IoT cloud solution for data collection and analysis, we supported the mechanical engineering company Ecoclean in making its products Industry 4.0-capable and developing digital services. Thanks to the EcocleanConnect portal, Ecoclean GmbH can expand its after-sales business with needs-based services, create additional offers in the areas of production planning and maintenance, as well as process transparency and operational optimisation through data collection and evaluation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The EcocleanConnect portal records all important data on the status of the connected machines. This allows product-oriented KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness to be monitored and optimised.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The com2m Smart Product Platform is the basis for data collection and pre-processing in the machine control system and thus for the entire EcocleanConnect portal, which serves as a central access point to all relevant services for customers.<\/p>

adesso provided Ecoclean with comprehensive support in the development of the portal: Together with Ecoclean, we started with an innovation workshop and subsequent conceptualisation, ensured the agile implementation of the cloud development as well as the operation and continuous further development of the IoT cloud solution.<\/p>

In addition to the com2m Smart Product Platform, Microsoft Azure was used to implement the target architecture, as well as Angular as the front-end technology.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
