Based on an IoT platform developed by adesso, INTILION processes telemetry data automatically in the cloud and increases added value and sales through an intelligent administration portal and digital services. Thanks to process and reporting automation, resources can be saved and the efficiency of work processes increased.
Using PowerBI dashboards with a connection to Azure Data Lake, customer behaviour can be analysed in detail and the data used accordingly.
With the help of the service dashboard, anomalies and faults can be detected and analysed remotely before customers notice them. Remote support for commissioning the battery storage system is also guaranteed.
The data resolution of 200 milliseconds ensures precision and detail.
The com2m Smart Product Platform is the heart of the implemented portal and is used for the rapid processing of mass data, the calculation of important KPIs through targeted and structured data collection, storage and pre-processing, end-customer-oriented data visualisation and the filtering of data according to customer relevance.
The focus was also on using a minimum number of gateway types and a uniform database and administration platform with standardised interfaces.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the HOPPECKE Group, INTILION has been focussing on the development and provision of customised lithium-ion energy storage solutions since 2019. Thanks to its roots at Hoppecke, the team can look back on over 90 years of experience in the development and production of electrochemical energy storage systems for industrial applications to the highest quality standards. The product portfolio includes systems for stationary battery storage as well as for industrial traction applications.
